1. It is possible to renounce (cancel the contract) the purchase of a product bought in the shop without giving any reason within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product, by sending a written declaration of cancellation of the contract to the shop. The customer must return the product purchased.
The shop will not be liable for the cost of returning the product if the customer cancels the contract without giving a reason.The returned product together with the return form and proof of purchase must be sent to the following address:

2. The returned product must be in its original condition. In particular, it must not be damaged. Failure to comply with these recommendations will be the basis for not accepting the return.
Only a full roll may be returned. We do not accept returns of film on metre lengths, which are prepared individually for each order.

3. The cancellation form is available on the shop's website www.teckwrap.eu and is an appendix to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Official Gazette of 2014, number 827).

4. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product in the event of termination of the contract or return of the product. The cost of return is equal to the tariffs of the postal operator or other operator whose services the customer will use. The customer must return the product no later than 14 days from the date of termination of the contract. It is sufficient to send the product before the expiry of this period in order to meet the deadline. 

5. The shop will refund the funds within 14 days of receipt of the return.
